Hosting and server logs

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Technically necessary connection data such as the IP address, time, requested address, browser information and status code may be processed when a page is requested. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website.

Contact form

If you use the form, your information is processed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions. Required fields are marked accordingly. Submission takes place through a Cloudflare Pages Function and Cloudflare Email Service. The data is not used for advertising and is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or meet legal obligations.

Data check and file upload

When you use the data check, we process your contact details, description and voluntarily selected files solely to assess and handle your enquiry. Files are transferred through a Cloudflare Pages Function to private, EU-bound Cloudflare R2 storage, are not publicly accessible and are automatically deleted no later than 14 days after successful submission. Heisel Analytics is notified of new data-check requests by email. Please submit only necessary and, where possible, anonymised data.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the form and data check against automated submissions. Technical signals are processed to determine whether a request is made by a person. According to Cloudflare, Turnstile does not set advertising cookies.

Appointment booking through Cal.com

A Cal.com booking calendar is embedded on the contact and data-check pages. A connection to Cal.com is established only after you consent to loading the calendar; technical connection data may then be processed. If you use the data check with an appointment, your first name, last name, email address and, if provided, company and phone number are passed to Cal.com to prefill the booking form. When you book an appointment, Cal.com processes these details and any additional information you enter to complete the booking. Further information is available in the Cal.com privacy policy.

This website also links to external services. When you open such a link, data is transmitted to the relevant provider and is processed in accordance with that provider’s privacy information.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

Cookie and consent settings

The website does not use analytics, tracking or marketing services. Your choice regarding external calendar content is stored locally in your browser. Cal.com content is loaded only if you expressly allow it.
